| Wow! Brothers and sisters, thank you so much for your comments! It is so nice to get to know better your friend's opinion, isn't it? That is the reason why we have friends, to help and encourage each other every day. And the best ones always lead us to Jesus, right? If you love your friend, don't you want to see him happy eternaly? Give Jesus to them!!!! Trying to understand all your commentaries, I mixed up all them together and this question came up to me, What is the first thought that come to your mind when you hear this question, "Could Jesus fully change the deffectable character of the 'worse' sinner that this world ever had?" You don't need to do a Bible study, but Bible verses are very acceptable. Explain in the best the way that you fell about this point. Be sincere and specific. I will jot my one down now and I will be true in not changing it , but I will do my entry after some commentaries. May God bless you and lets keep in mind to pray for those that are in need right now. God bless.

| Well, about my last question, “…” I liked what each one of you answered that is really interesting to see how God give His instructions in different ways. I promised that I was going to tell you my personal opinion. I love making new friends! That is one of my favorite hobbies. Just to learn about them is amazing! And I don’t have nothing against if someone come to me saying good things about my friends, that is natural! I do it always! But what really makes me sad is that we always find someone that don’t think the same about our friends. They come to you and start to say a thousand wrong things that they found on our new friend. I don’t dispise counsel, and I am very open to receive them. Please do so. But is that what our supposed “helping” friends doing is counseling or… hum? Can you guess? Guess it? If the first word that you thought is gossiping, you hit it on the head! It is very common in a small community to have this kind of “sport”! Sport? YES!!! They have their favorite teams, their favorite goups and they also have a leader! The Bible discribes them very well…
Proverbs
6:17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
6:18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
6:19 A false witness [that] speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
And do you know what God thinks about them? It is written just on the verse before…
Proverbs
6:16 These six [things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him:
ABOMINATION!!!!! Wow!!! Just to give food for though, please type on EGW or in the Bible the word abomination, and after tell me what did you find… ;)
Now, how to find a good counselor? Well, just look again to these Bible verses on the opposite side:
A humble look, a trustable tong, hands that helps, a heart that thinks in the Lord, a true witness, and those that help to bring the ones that need into communion and peace before the Lord. ( I think I skipped one…).
My beloved brothers and sisters, God forgives whatsoever we do in the past, so why to look for the past of others? The only way to know if they really changed is to knowing how they are today and for this there is nothing better than going doing it by yourself. But if you have any doubt, bring it to the Lord and He that knows the deepest of the hearts can show you if this person is a good friend or not! Have a wounderful day and thank you for letting me know you better! ;)
| For you that are visiting, or are in my subscription list I do have a question for you, "What is the better (the best!) way to know a friend? Talking with him/her, or asking about his/her life to other people?" Watch out!!! Pray before answering! :) I will submit my opinion later on... think about, ok? | | |
| Ok. I have 10 min before the prayer meeting.
I just want to say one thing today: When the storms clouds gather, pain and sorrow weigh, I'll not be descouraged, You light my way! Songs of Hope Shall fill the night, words of faith shall mark the day, himns of Joy shall fill my heart. This is the life of praise.
This I do by faith. By the way, we should walk by faith anyways. Why am I writing it? Well, so many bad thigs are happening around me that I am literally running from my friends, so that my cloud of bad news don't affect them. Just imagine... I lost TWO NIECES IN ONE MONTH! I fell like Johb. Crying are half of my prayer on the night... I am waking up everyday about 1:30AM and loosing couple hours of daily sleep. Not true? Ask my roomate Darrayl. He is being a very good friend on this times of trouble. Well, I have another very good friends, but for other reasons (or people) I had to stop talking.
Anyways, God is good. Johb had twice better things after the time of trouble. (But what he had before was lost forever...) (sad).
